%0 Journal Article %T 改性纳米氮化钛/ACM复合材料性能的研究 %A 却梅 %A 柴大付 %A 章于川 %J - %D 2009 %X 采用甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)-丙烯酸丁酯(BA)-甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯(GMA)三元共聚物对纳米氮化钛进行表面改性,制备改性纳米氮化钛/丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)复合材料,并研究改性纳米氮化钛用量对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,随着改性纳米氮化钛用量的增大,复合材料的物理性能、耐热空气老化性能、耐油性能和耐磨性能先提高后下降;改性纳米氮化钛对复合材料的高温稳定性影响不大,但提高了动态力学性能;当改性纳米氮化钛的用量为0.6~1份时,复合材料的综合性能较好。;The surface of nano-titanium nitride was modified by methyl methacrylate(MMA)-butyl acrylate(BA)-glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) terpolymer,and the modified nano-titanium nitride/acrylate rubber(ACM) composite was prepared,and then the effects of the addition level of modified nano-titanium nitride on the properties of the composite were investigated.
