%0 Journal Article %T 高性能轮胎材料“魔三角”平衡研究进展 %A 丁涛 %A 唐源 %A 张春华 %A 李小红 %A 王延鹏 %A 田庆丰 %J - %D 2019 %R 10.12136/j.issn.1000-890X.2019.05.0388 %X 滚动阻力、抗湿滑性和耐磨性分别影响着燃油效率、安全性以及轮胎使用寿命,三者之间相互关联、相互制约,一种性能的改善往往会牺牲另外一种或两种性能,橡胶界称这种关系为“魔三角”。如何平衡好并同时提高“魔三角”中3项性能是长期以来追求的目标,学者们主要针对橡胶-填料界面作用进行研究并取得一定进展。本文分别从轮胎胎面胶基础胶料、填料、硫化体系以及混炼工艺等方面综述国内外平衡“魔三角”的研究成果,同时指出,将填料功能化,结合湿法混炼工艺可能是均衡三者性能并且减小填料粉尘污染的可行途径。;Rolling resistance, wet skid resistance and wear resistance affect fuel efficiency, safety and tire service life, respectively, there are complex relationships among they three, one aspect improvement in performance tends to sacrifice one or both of the other properties, which is called “Magic Triangle” in rubber industry. It is a long-term goal to balance and improve the three performances in the Magic Triangle. Scholars mainly focus on the interaction and interface between rubber and filler, and progress had been made. In this paper, domestic and abroad achievements of balance Magic Triangle are reviewed from tire tread rubber compound, filler, vulcanization system and mixing process.
