%0 Journal Article %T SBR/高耐磨炭黑的共混方式对其硫化胶性能的影响 %A 周奕雨 %A 王炼石 %A 胡洪军 %J - %D 2001 %X 测定了高耐磨炭黑填充型粉末SBR[P(SBR/HAF)],SBR 胶乳/炭黑共沉胶(ESBR/HAF)和SBR块胶/炭黑机械混炼胶(MSBR/HAF)3种不同共混方式的硫化胶的力学性能。结果发现,在炭黑填充量相同的条件下,3种硫化胶的定伸应力和拉伸强度的大小顺序为MSBR/HAF>P(SBR/HAF)>ESBR/HAF,撕裂强度及扯断永久变形的大小顺序为ESBR/HAF>P(SBR/HAF)>MSBR/HAF。拉伸断面形貌的SEM分析表明,MSBR/HAF硫化胶以微裂纹导致基体空化,P(SBR/HAF)以既有微裂纹导致基体空化又有裂缝扩展及分支,ESBR/HAF则以裂缝扩展及分支的方式断裂。;The mechanical properties of the vulcanizates prepared by HAF-filled powdered SBR[P(SBR/HAF)],SBR latex/HAF coprecipitation (ESBR/HAF)and bale SBR/HAF (MSBR/HAF) mixes respectively were investigated.The results showed that with the same addition level of carbon black,the values of modulus and tensile strength for MSBR/HAF,P(SBR/HAF)and ESBR/HAF vulcanizates were in the order of the first >the second >the third,the tear strength and the tensile set at break were in the order of the third >the second >the first.It was found through the observation of the surface morphology at tensile fracture by SEM that the fracture behavior of MSBR/HAF vulcanizate was the rubber matrix cavitation caused by microcrack,that of P(SBR/HAF)was both the rubber matrix cavitation caused microcrack and the crack growth and branching,and that of ESBR/HAF was the crack grow th and branching %K [炭黑填充型粉末SBR %K SBR胶乳/炭黑共沉胶 %K SBR块胶/炭黑胶 %K 力学性能 %K 拉伸断裂方式 %K 炭黑填充型粉末SBR %K SBR胶乳/炭黑共沉胶 %K SBR块胶/炭黑胶 %K 力学性能 %K 拉伸断裂方式 %K carbon black-filled powdered SBR %K SBR latex/carbon black coprecipitation rubber %K bale SBR/carbon black mix %K mechanical property %K tensile fracture behavior] %U http://www.rubbertire.cn/gy/xjgy/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=XJ20011101&flag=1
