%0 Journal Article %T 稀土镝掺杂炭黑填充型粉末NR的挤出特性研究 %A 张安强 %A 林雅铃 %A 王炼石 %J - %D 2008 %X 采用液相化学沉积法和凝聚共沉法制备稀土镝掺杂炭黑填充型粉末NR[P(NR/HAF-Dy)],研究其毛细管挤出流变行为和复杂口型挤出特性,并与传统的炭黑填充型粉末NR[P(NR/HAF)]和NR/炭黑干法混炼胶(NR/HAF)进行比较。结果表明,在温度为90~150 ℃及剪切速率为20~1 500 s-1的范围内,3种混炼胶的表观剪切粘度由小到大的顺序为P(NR/HAF-Dy),P(NR/HAF),NR/HAF;当Dy/HAF用量比为4/100时,P(NR/HAF-Dy)混炼胶具有较低的表观剪切粘度和稳定的非牛顿流体特性;与NR/HAF相比,P(NR/HAF)混炼胶具有较好的复杂口型挤出加工性能,P(NR/HAF-Dy)混炼胶的挤出性能则更为优良。;Dysprosium-modified carbon black filled powdered NR[P(NR/HAF-Dy)] was prepared by liquid phase chemical deposition and coacervation coprecipitation,and its capillary extrusion rheological properties and Garvey die extrudability were investigated,compared with traditional carbon black filled powdered NR[P(NR/HAF)] and NR/carbon black blends(NR/HAF) prepared through dry mixing.The results showed that in wide range of temperatures(90~150 ℃) and shear rates(20~1 500 s-1),the order of the apparent shearing viscosity for 3 different mixes was as follows:P(NR/HAF-Dy)<P(NR/HAF)<NR/HAF.P(NR/HAF-Dy) possesses very low apparent shearing viscosity and stable non-Newtonian fluid flowing properties.The order of the Garvey die extrudability for 3 different mixes was as follows:P(NR/HAF-Dy)>P(NR/HAF)>NR/HAF %K [稀土镝掺杂炭黑 %K 炭黑填充型粉末NR %K 挤出流变性能 %K Garvey口型 %K 表观剪切粘度 %K 稀土镝掺杂炭黑 %K 炭黑填充型粉末NR %K 挤出流变性能 %K Garvey口型 %K 表观剪切粘度 %K dysprosium-modified carbon black %K carbon black filled NR %K extrusion rheological properties %K Garvey die %K apparent shearing viscosity] %U http://www.rubbertire.cn/gy/xjgy/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=XJ20080501&flag=1
