%0 Journal Article %T 粘土/淀粉/炭黑/SBR复合材料的制备与性能研究 %A 刘晓丽 %A 吴友平 %A 计臣 %J - %D 2011 %X 以少量淀粉和粘土等量替代炭黑,制备粘土/淀粉/炭黑/SBR复合材料,并对其性能进行研究。结果表明:与炭黑/SBR复合材料相比,淀粉/炭黑/SBR复合材料撕裂强度和抗湿滑性能提高,伸张疲劳次数增多,定伸应力和耐磨性能大幅下降,且压缩温升增大;与淀粉/炭黑/SBR复合材料相比,粘土/淀粉/炭黑/SBR复合材料定伸应力和耐磨性能提高,压缩生热降低且抗湿滑性能较好。;Using low level of starch and clay to replace the same level of carbon black,the clay/starch/carbon black/SBR composites were prepared,and the properties of composites were investigated.The results showed that,compared with those of carbon black/SBR composite,the tear strength and wet skid resistance of starch/carbon black/SBR composite increased,the number of tensile fatigue increased,the modulus and wear resistance decreased sharply,and compression temperature rise increased;compared with starch/carbon black/SBR composite,the modulus,wear resistance and wet skid resistance of clay/starch/carbon black/SBR composite were improved,and compression heat build-up decreased %K [SBR %K 炭黑 %K 淀粉 %K 粘土 %K 耐磨性能 %K 抗湿滑性能 %K SBR %K 炭黑 %K 淀粉 %K 粘土 %K 耐磨性能 %K 抗湿滑性能 %K SBR %K carbon black %K starch %K clay %K wear resistance %K wet skid resistance] %U http://www.rubbertire.cn/gy/xjgy/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=XJ20110701&flag=1
