%0 Journal Article %T 环己烷混合液对定子橡胶摩擦磨损行为影响的研究 %A 吕晓仁 %A 宋雪威 %J - %D 2020 %R 10.12136/j.issn.1000-890X.2020.01.0023 %X 研究丁腈橡胶(NBR)与氟橡胶(FPM)在环己烷与基础油(20#机油)混合液中浸泡溶胀和摩擦磨损行为。结果表明:在环己烷混合液中,随着浸泡时间的延长,NBR的质量、硬度和弹性模量变化较大,FPM的质量、硬度和弹性模量变化很小;随着混合液中环己烷比例和负荷的增大,NBR和FPM的磨损量和摩擦因数均增大,FPM的快速磨损转变点的负荷大于NBR;混合液中环己烷比例和负荷较小时,FPM的磨痕较轻;混合液中环己烷比例和负荷较大时,定子橡胶应选择性能更优的FPM,混合液中环己烷比例和负荷较小时,可以选择性价比高的NBR。;The swelling and frictional wear behaviors of NBR and FPM in the mixture solution of cyclohexane and base oil(20# engine oil) were studied.The results showed that,in cyclohexane mixture solution,with the increase of immersion time,the mass,hardness and modulus of elasticity of NBR changed greatly,but those of FPM changed little.With the increase of cyclohexane ratio in the mixture solution and load,the frictional wear amount and frictional coefficient of NBR and FPM increased,and the load of the fast frictional wear transition point of FPM was greater than that of NBR.The worn scar of FPM were lighter when cyclohexane ratio in the mixture solution and load were smaller.When cyclohexane ratio in the mixture solution and load were larger,FPM with better performance should be selected for stator rubber,and when cyclohexane ratio in the mixture solution and load were smaller,NBR with high cost performance could be selected %K [定子橡胶 %K 丁腈橡胶 %K 氟橡胶 %K 环己烷 %K 混合液 %K 溶胀 %K 摩擦磨损 %K 定子橡胶 %K 丁腈橡胶 %K 氟橡胶 %K 环己烷 %K 混合液 %K 溶胀 %K 摩擦磨损 %K stator rubber %K NBR %K FPM %K cyclohexane %K mixture solution %K swelling %K frictional wear] %U http://www.rubbertire.cn/gy/xjgy/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=XJ2018-0527&flag=1
