%0 Journal Article %T 石墨烯/硅橡胶复合材料性能的研究 %A 刘加强 %A 刘寅 %A 吴明生 %A 梁永日 %A 胡海青 %A 赵丽 %J - %D 2013 %X 分别采用热解还原法和溶液法制备石墨烯(TrG)和TrG/硅橡胶(MVQ)复合材料,并对TrG/MVQ复合材料的导电性能和物理性能进行研究。结果表明:TrG能够明显提高MVQ的导电性能,随着TrG用量的增大,TrG/MVQ复合材料的体积电阻率明显降低,TrG的渗滤阈值为0.019 4;TrG对MVQ具有补强作用,随着TrG用量的增大,TrG/MVQ复合材料的邵尔A型硬度和拉伸强度明显提高;TrG在MVQ基体中分散良好,部分互相交错搭接在一起,形成了贯通的导电网络。;Graphene(TrG) was prepared by using a thermal reduction method,the TrG/silicone rubber (MVQ) composites were prepared via solution method,and the electrical conductivity and physical properties of TrG/MVQ composites were investigated.The results showed that,TrG could significantly improve the electrical conductivity of MVQ,and with the increase of addition level of TrG,the volume resistivity of TrG/MVQ composite was decreased obviously.The percolation threshold of TrG was 0.019 4.TrG also showed reinforcing effect in MVQ,and with the increase of addition level of TrG,the Shore A hardness and tensile strength of TrG/MVQ composite increased significantly.TrG could be well dispersed in MVQ matrix and the grapheme sheets stacked and interlaced together,so that TrG could form a conductive network through MVQ %K [石墨烯 %K 硅橡胶 %K 复合材料 %K 导电性能 %K 物理性能 %K 石墨烯 %K 硅橡胶 %K 复合材料 %K 导电性能 %K 物理性能 %K graphene %K silicone rubber %K composite %K electrical conductivity %K physical property] %U http://www.rubbertire.cn/gy/xjgy/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=XJ20131103&flag=1
