%0 Journal Article %T 甘油和芳烃油对累托石/SBR纳米复合材料性能的影响 %A 何少剑 %A 吴晓辉 %A 张璐 %A 张立群 %A 王益庆 %A 薛杨 %J - %D 2011 %X 采用乳液共沉法制备累托石/SBR纳米复合材料,研究甘油或芳烃油对纳米复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:加入甘油或芳烃油均可改善复合材料的加工性能。加入甘油可以提高复合材料的硫化速率,降低硫化胶的分子链运动能力,提高拉伸强度,且不会降低复合材料的气密性能;而加入芳烃油可以提高硫化胶的分子链运动能力,但会引起物理性能和气密性能的下降,其综合效果不如添加甘油。;The rectorite/SBR nanocomposites were prepared by latex compound method,and the effect of glycerin or aromatic oil on the properties of nanocomposites was investigated.The results showed that,by adding glycerin or aromatic oil,the processibility of nanocomposites was improved.With glycerin,the curing rate of nanocomposites increased,the mobility of molecular chain decreased,the tensile strength increased,and the air tightness changed little.However,by adding aromatic oil,the mobility of molecular chain improved,and the physical properties and air tightness decreased.Overall,addition of glycerin into the nanocomposites had better effect than aromatic oil %K [累托石 %K SBR %K 甘油 %K 芳烃油 %K 纳米复合材料 %K 气密性能 %K 累托石 %K SBR %K 甘油 %K 芳烃油 %K 纳米复合材料 %K 气密性能 %K rectorite %K SBR %K glycerin %K aromatic oil %K nanocomposite %K air tightness] %U http://www.rubbertire.cn/gy/xjgy/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=XJ20110504&flag=1
