%0 Journal Article %T FKM/PTFE/炭黑复合材料的性能研究 %A 任文坛 %A 张勇 %A 李恩军 %A 王仕峰 %J - %D 2009 %X 在氟橡胶(FKM)/炭黑共混体系中加入聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)微粉,制备FKM/PTFE/炭黑复合材料,并对其性能进行研究。结果表明,采用PTFE微粉部分替代炭黑,硫化胶的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率及撕裂强度均明显增大,耐磨性能提高,压缩永久变形有所减小,脆性温度大大降低,但低温回弹性变差。FKM/PTFE/炭黑复合材料的热稳定性降低,在452 ℃出现FKM热质量损失峰后,在551 ℃又出现了PTFE热质量损失峰。;The FKM/PTFE/carbon black composites were prepared by adding PTFE powder into FKM/carbon black composites,and their properties were investigated.
