%0 Journal Article %T 偶联剂Si69改性秸秆纳米纤维素对炭黑补强天然橡胶性能的影响 %A 古菊 %A 鄢冬 %A 黄仕文 %J - %D 2019 %R 10.12136/j.issn.1000-890X.2019.06.0422 %X 采用偶联剂Si69对棒状秸秆纳米纤维素(SNC)进行改性,得到改性棒状秸秆纳米纤维素(MSNC),研究MSNC对炭黑(CB)补强天然橡胶(NR)性能的影响。结果表明:MSNC与橡胶基体的相容性较好;与CB/SNC/NR复合材料相比,CB/MSNC/NR复合材料的交联密度较大,能在保持较好抗湿滑性能的同时降低滚动阻力,具有更强的交联网络和更多的受限橡胶分子,热稳定性更好;用量比为100/35/10的CB/MSNC/NR复合材料物理性能最佳。;The rod-shaped straw nanocellulose(SNC) was grafted by coupling agent Si69 to obtain modified rod-shaped straw nanocellulose(MSNC).The effect of MSNC on the properties of carbon black(CB) reinforced natural rubber(NR) was studied.The results showed that,MSNC had better compatibility with rubber matrix.Compared with CB/SNC/NR composite,CB/MSNC/NR composites had greater crosslink density,better wet skid resistance and lower rolling resistance,stronger cross-linking network,more restricted rubber molecules and better thermal stability.CB/MSNC/NR composite with a ratio of 100/35/10 had the best physical properties %K [偶联剂Si69 %K 改性秸秆纳米纤维素 %K 炭黑 %K 补强 %K 天然橡胶 %K 偶联剂Si69 %K 改性秸秆纳米纤维素 %K 炭黑 %K 补强 %K 天然橡胶 %K coupling agent Si69 %K modified straw nanocellulose %K carbon black %K reinforcement %K NR] %U http://www.rubbertire.cn/gy/xjgy/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=XJ2018-0244&flag=1
