%X Purple urine bag syndrome is a rare disorder, in which the plastic disposable urinary catheter bag turns purple or blue following hours or days of urinary catheterization. This investigation reports the case of a 58 years woman was previously diagnosed with CKD resulting from diabetic nephropathy and also had a positive history of hypertension who presented with purple urine bag syndrome
