This case report describes a patient with hypopituitarism and congenital blindness. Further assessment confirmed a diagnosis of septo-optic dysplasia. Optic nerve hypoplasia is a leading cause of congenital blindness. The triad of i) pituitary insufficiency, ii) optic nerve hypoplasia, and iii) brain midline defects defines septo-optic dysplasia.
