Among them, candidiasis an opportunist fungal infection especially in patients living with HIV / AIDS is on the increase. Our research team tested different plant extracts (butanolic, hexane, ethyl acetate, chloroform) of crude extract hydro-ethanolic obtained from Eucalyptus sp on the in vitro growth of Candida tropicalis. Among the 10 extracts tested, X1.2 has the highest inhibitory activity (MFC = 125 ¦Ìg/mL; IC50 = 09.91 ¦Ìg/mL). The method of preparation of the extract (X1.2) by partitioning of hydro-ethanolic extract in different solvent mixtures is the best way to obtain the best active principle concentration %K Agre Don Josette %K Yaye Yapi Guillaume %K Ackah Jacques Auguste Alfred Bognan %K Kra Adou Koffi Mathieu %K Loukou Yao Guillaume and Djaman Allico Joseph %K Hydro-ethanolic extract %K Candida tropicalis %K Eucalyptus %U https://www.imedpub.com/abstract/evaluation-and-optimization-of-antifungalrnactivity-of-active-components-of-extractsrnof-eucalyptus-sp-on-the-in-vitro-growth-ofrncandida-tropicalis-10384.html
