This work starts off with analyzing two approaches to practice - evidence based practice and reflective practice and we¡¯ve elaborated on three characteristics of reflexive practice: building shared knowledge and values, collaboration and shared leadership and practitioner research. Through reflexive practice, kindergarten culture is transformed in key dimensions of practice context: the organizational structure; space; peer community; the relationship with families and the local community and joint participation. The strategy from transforming kindergarten culture is concretized through guidelines for transforming each of the above-mentioned dimensions %K early childhood education %K guidelines %K quality discourse %K reflective practice %K transformation of kindergarten culture %U https://hrcak.srce.hr/index.php?show=clanak&id_clanak_jezik=309056
