%0 Journal Article %T Admissibility of Applications Brought Before the ECtHR Against the Republic of Croatia in Criminal Cases %A Martina %A MuŁża %J - %D 2019 %X SaŁżetak This paper deals with the issue of the inadmissibility of applications brought before the European Court of Human Rights. It addresses the problems faced by the Court as a result of the increasing number of applications and the fact that more than 95% of them are rejected without examining the merits of the case. The paper goes on to present some of the admissibility criteria in order to familiarise the reader with their content and meaning, and also analyses the criteria through the CourtĄŻs decisions in criminal cases against the Republic of Croatia.
