%X 大量研究发现,医学生焦虑症状检出率高于全国青年常模水平,心理状况较全国大学生平均水平低,严重影响到医学生的学业绩效、人际交往、身心健康以及就业。正念作为一种简单的思维训练方式,强调将注意力集中于当下、有意识的觉察以及对一切观念不加评价,对个体的负面情绪具有调节作用。本文从正念疗法的内涵、模型、作用机制、正念疗法在医学生考试焦虑情绪的运用现状及研究展望等方面进行分析,以期为今后医学生的考试焦虑实施正念疗法提供依据。
Numerous studies have found that medical students anxiety symptoms detection rate is higher than the national youth norm level, lower than the national average college students psychological condition, the serious influence to the medical students’ academic performance, interpersonal mental and physical health and employment mindfulness as a simple way of thinking training, emphasis on conscious awareness to focus on present and without evaluation on all ideas, negative emotions has a regulatory role of the individual in this paper, from the connotation of mindfulness therapy model mechanism. This paper summarizes the application of mindfulness therapy in medical students’ examination anxiety and its prospects in order to provide evidence for the application of mindfulness therapy in medical students’ examination anxiety in the future.
