%X 总体国家安全观表明中国当代边防既需要重视政治安全、军事安全等传统安全，也需要重视文化安全、公共卫生安全、生态安全、经济安全等非传统安全。维护当前我国的边防安全，需要建设以总体国家安全观为指导的边防安全文化。建设边防安全文化可以着重从以下几点入手：边防安全文化建设要特别有助于维护国家政治安全；边防安全文化建设要有助于维护国家文化安全；边防安全文化建设要促进国家安全合作。以总体国家安全观为指导，边防安全文化构建能够为边防安全的维护提供智力支持与思想资源，让边防安全更加巩固。<br />
The overall national security concept shows that China’s contemporary border defense should not only pay attention to traditional security such as political security and military security, but also to cultural security, public health security, ecological security, economic security and other non- traditional security. To maintain China’s current border defense security, we need to build the border defense security culture guided by the overall national security concept. The construction of border defense security culture can focus on the following points: the construction of border defense security culture should be particularly helpful to maintaining national political security; the construction of border defense security culture should be helpful to maintaining national cultural security; the construction of border defense security culture should promote international security cooperation. Guided by the overall national security concept, the construction of border defense security culture can provide intellectual support and ideological resources for the maintenance of border defense security, and make border defense security more consolidated.
