Effects of College Students’ Self-Efficacy on Procrastination: The Mediating Role of Psychological Resilience %A 刘兵 %J Advances in Social Sciences %P 1906-1912 %@ 2169-2564 %D 2020 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ASS.2020.912268 %X 目的:为探讨自我效能感、心理韧性与拖延行为之间的关系,采用一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、青少年心理韧性量表(RSCA)和一般拖延量表(GPS)对372名在校大学生进行调查。结果表明,大学生自我效能感和心理韧性与拖延行为呈显著负相关;心理韧性在大学生自我效能感和拖延行为关系中起部分中介作用。结论:自我效能感越低或心理韧性越低的人可能出现越多的拖延行为。心理韧性在大学生自我效能感和拖延行为之间发挥部分中介作用。
Aim: To explore the mechanism of self-efficacy and psychological resilience on procrastination behavior of college students. Methods: 372 college students were investigated with the General self-efficacy scale (GSES), Adolescent Psychological resilience scale (RSCA) and the General pro-crastination scale (GPS), and their internal mechanism was analyzed. Results: Self-efficacy and psychological resilience significantly negatively predicted procrastination behavior (p < 0.05), and psychological resilience played a partial intermediary role in the relationship between self-efficacy and procrastination behavior of college students. Conclusion: College students’ psychological resilience and self-efficacy affects the occurrence of procrastination, that is, the lower the sense of self-efficacy or the lower the psychological resilience, the more procrastination will occur. Psychological resilience plays a part of intermediary role between college students’ self-efficacy and procrastination behavior. %K 自我效能感,心理韧性,拖延行为,中介作用
