%X 气象业务与人们的生活息息相关，对于我国经济社会稳步发展发挥十分重要的影响，随着人们生活质量的不断提高，对于各类气象服务的时效性和准确性的要求越来越高。按照“守初心、担使命，找差距、抓落实”的总要求和习近平总书记对青海工作和气象工作的重要指示精神要求，面对青海经济社会发展和气象现代化建设要求，以党的政治建设引领青海气象事业高质量，如何破解党建工作与气象业务发展“两张皮”的问题，使各项气象业务在党建工作统领下高效运行，有机融合是十分重要的，本文将着眼于党建与气象业务融合发展的现状，分析影响和制约党建与业务融合发展的主要问题，对如何稳步推进党建与气象业务深度融合做具体阐述。<br />
Meteorological services are closely related to people’s lives and have a very important impact on the steady development of my country’s economy and society. With the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life, the requirements for the timeliness and accuracy of various meteoro-logical services are getting higher and higher. In accordance with the general requirements of “keeping the original aspiration, assuming the mission, finding the gap, and grasping implementation” and the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s work and meteorological work in Qinghai, facing the requirements of Qinghai’s economic and social development and meteorological modernization, the party’s political construction leading the high quality of Qinghai’s meteorological cause, how to solve the problem of “two skins” between party building work and meteorological business development, so that various meteorological services can run efficiently under the leadership of party building work, organic integration is very important, this article will focus on party building and meteorology: the current situation of business integration development, analysis of the main issues that affect and restrict the development of party building and business integration, and a detailed explanation of how to steadily promote the deep integration of party building and meteorological business.
