目的:通过Review Manager 5.3软件系统分析中药经方四君子汤对于五种小鼠肠道主要菌群作用,以确定其影响菌群种类并推测造成小鼠肠道紊乱的相关菌群。方法:通过检索各大数据库:中国知网、万方数据、维普中文网、中国生物医学文献服务系统、全国报刊、中国引文数据库,以四君子汤为变量:实验组四君子汤灌胃,对照组蒸馏水灌胃的小鼠实验,检索时间截止至2020年6月,共记提取有效纳入文献12篇,依据改良Jadad评分方法对纳入文献进行系统评价,后使用Review Manager 5.3软件对五种菌群进行Meta分析:共计实验对象1094例。Meta分析结果:1) 双歧杆菌:SMD = 2.72,95% CI [1.20, 4.23],P = 0.0004;2) 乳酸杆菌:SMD = 2.51,95% CI [1.11, 3.91],P = 0.0004;3) 肠杆菌:SMD = ?0.47,95% CI [?1.26, 0.32],P = 0.24;4) 肠球菌:SMD = ?1.32,95% CI [?2.25, ?0.38],P = 0.006;5) 拟杆菌:SMD = ?0.30,95% CI [?1.95, 1.35],P = 0.72。结论:四君子汤有效成分对于双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、肠球菌三大主要菌种有影响,明显作用于益生菌:有助于双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌的增多,提升肠道菌群多样性,营造良好肠道环境,对调节肠道紊乱以及治愈炎症性肠病具有一定积极作用。
Objective: Review Manager 5.3 software was used to systematically analyze the effects of Sijunzi decoction on the five kinds of major intestinal flora of mice, so as to determine the types of its in-fluence on the flora and speculate the related flora causing intestinal disorders in mice. Methods: By searching the database: CNKI, Wanfang Data, VEEP Chinese, Chinese biomedical literature service system, National Newspapers, Chinese Citation Database, taking Sijunzi decoction as the ex-perimental variable: experimental group is with Sijunzi decoction gavage, while control group mice with distilled water gavage. As of June 2020, a total of 12 literatures have been extracted for effective inclusion. The literatures are then systematically evaluated according to the improved Jadad scoring method. Finally, a number of 1094 cases of 5 bacteria were analyzed using Review Manager 5.3 software. Results: 1) Bifidobacteria: SMD = 2.72, 95% CI [1.20, 23], P = 0.0004; 2) Lactobacillus: SMD = 2.51, 95% CI [1.11, 3.91], P = 0.0004; 3) Enterobacter spp.: SMD = ?0.47, 95% CI [?1.26, 0.32], P = 0.24; 4) Enterococcus: SMD = ?1.32, 95% CI [?2.25, ?0.38], P = 0.006; 5) Bac-teroides: SMD = ?0.30, 95% CI [?1.95, 1.35], P = 0.72. Conclusion: Meta-analysis showed that the active ingredients of Sijunzi decoction have an effect on the three major strains of bifidobacteria, lactobacillus and enterococcus, and have an obvious effect on probiotics. For example it is helpful for the increase of bacteria: bifidobacteria and lactobacillus, meanwhile, improving the diversity of intestinal flora, and creating a better intestinal environment while it plays a positive role in re-gulating intestinal disorders and curing inflammatory bowel disease.
