%X 本文对近年来国内外有关高技术制造业效率的相关研究进行了综述，主要从效率的概念辨析、生产效率研究、高技术制造业综合生产率及其分解的研究和高技术制造业效率的影响因素研究等方面展开，并对现有研究进行了分析总结，可以为日后的相关研究指明方向。<br />
This paper reviews the relevant researches on the efficiency of high-tech manufacturing in China and abroad in recent years, mainly from the aspects of concept analysis of efficiency, production ef-ficiency research, research on the overall efficiency and its decomposition of high-tech manufactur-ing, and research on the influencing factors of high-tech manufacturing efficiency, and also analyzes and summarizes the existing studies, which can point out the direction for research of related field in the future.
