	2020年4月，美国发布了美国感染病学会新型冠状病毒肺炎患者治疗及管理指南(Infectious Diseases Society of America Guidelines on the Treatment and Management of Patients with COVID-19)。该文对该指南中儿童相关内容进行解读，包括COVID19的流行性病学特点、临床表现、诊断/筛查及临床用药等方面，希望对我国儿科同行提高COVID-19的诊断和防治水平有所帮助。<br />
In April 2020, the United States released the Infectious Diseases Society of America Guidelines on the Treatment and Management of Patients with COVID-19. This article interprets the relevant content of the guidelines for children, including the epidemiological characteristics, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and screening, and drug administration of COVID-19. This aims to help pediatricians to improve the diagnosis and prevention level of COVID-19.
