	<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">目的：探讨分析手术室整体护理联合麻醉护理的效果。方法：共纳入2019年5月至2020年6月在我院进行手术的患者98例，按数字编号进行分组，分为对照组和观察组。给予对照组手术患者整体护理，共计49例，在对照组患者的整体护理基础上对观察组患者再加入麻醉护理，共计49例。对两组患者护理满意度、情绪评分进行对比分析，且观察两组患者的不良事件发生率。结果：分别对比两组患者对整体护理和整体护理联合麻醉护理的护理满意度，观察组患者与对照组患者的护理满意度分别为93.88%、77.55%，观察组患者优于对照组，P &lt; 0.05；麻醉过浅、二次穿刺以及用药干预等不良事件发生率，观察组患者10.20%优于对照组患者26.52%，P &lt; 0.05；并讨论两组患者的护理情绪，护理前，P &gt; 0.05，护理后P &lt; 0.05，情绪评分比较中，观察组患者的SAS、SDS分别为(30.6 ± 1.5)分、(29.7 ± 2.2)分，对照组患者的SAS、SDS为(41.0 ± 1.8)分、(40.2 ± 2.1)分，观察组患者优于对照组患者。结论：针对手术室患者，给予患者手术室整体护理联合麻醉护理临床效果显著，对患者后续恢复有明显的积极效果，值得推广，应用。<br />
Objective: To explore the effect of
holistic nursing combined with anesthesia nursing in operating room. Methods: A
total of 98 patients who underwent surgery in our hospital from May 2019 to
June 2020 were divided into control group and observation group according to
number. Patients in the control group were given holistic nursing care, a total
of 49 cases. On the basis of the overall nursing of the control group, the
observation group was given anesthesia nursing, a total of 49 cases. The
nursing satisfaction and emotional scores of the two groups were compared and
analyzed, and the incidence of adverse events was observed. Results: The nursing
satisfaction of the two groups was 93.88% and 77.55% respectively; the
observation group was better than the control group, P &lt; 0.05; the incidence of adverse events such as shallow anesthesia, secondary puncture and drug intervention in the observation group was 10.20% better than that in the control group (26.52%, P &lt; 0.05). Before nursing, P &gt; 0.05; after nursing, P &lt; 0.05; in emotional score comparison, SAS and SDS of the observation group were (30.6 ± 1.5) points, (29.7 ± 2.2) points; SAS and SDS of the control group were (41.0 ± 1.8) points, (40.2 ± 2.1) points; the observation group was better than the control group. Conclusion: For patients in the operating room, the clinical effect of holistic nursing combined with anesthesia nursing for patients in operating room is significant, which has obvious positive effect on the follow-up recovery of patients, which is worthy of promotion and application.</span>
