目的:了解护士在2020年救治危重型新冠肺炎防治工作中的真实感受和体验,为护理人员应对今后的突发传染病疫情提供参考依据。方法:采用现象学方法,对参与危重型新冠肺炎救治工作的10名护士进行深度访谈,运用Colaizzi七步分析法对资料进行整理分析。结果:归纳为3个主题:护士在执行救治工作中的积极情绪、护士在执行救治工作中的负性情绪、救治过程中遇到的主要问题和压力。结论:护理人员在救治过程中有正、负性情绪,管理者应给予关怀和激励。加强传染病常态化培训和考核,在感染科内设置重症监护科这一新的应急模式,完善突发传染病疫情的应急预案。充分利用信息化和智能化的手段,合理安排人力、科学统筹应急物资,为今后的突发传染病疫情做好充分的准备。
Objective: To understand the real feelings and experience of nurses in the prevention and treatment of critical COVID-19 in 2020, so as to provide a reference for nurses to respond to the outbreak of infectious diseases in the future. Methods: Phenomenological method was used to conduct in-depth interviews with 10 nurses who participated in the treatment of critical COVID-19, and Colaizzi seven-step analysis method was used to collate and analyze the data. Results: It can be summarized into three themes: the positive emotions of nurses in the execution of treatment, the negative emotions of nurses in the execution of treatment, and the main problems and pressure encountered in the process of treatment. Conclusion: Nurses have positive and negative emotions in the process of treatment, so the manager should give care and encouragement to their experience. We will strengthen regular training and assessment on infectious diseases, set up a new emergency mode in the department of critical care in the department of infectious diseases, and improve the emergency plan for the outbreak of infectious diseases. We will make full use of information and intelligent means, reasonably arrange human resources and scientifically coordinate emergency supplies, and make full preparations for the outbreak of infectious diseases in the future.
