Methods: This is an integrative review. The search was carried out in March 2020, in the databases of Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences, Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online, Web Of Science, SCOPUS, and Cinahl. The controlled descriptors used in Portuguese were: ¡°Compostos de Prata¡±, ¡°Nanoestruturas¡± e ¡°Bandagens¡±. The descriptors in English were ¡°Silver compounds¡±, ¡°Nanostructures¡± and ¡°Bandages¡±, with adaptations when necessary, depending on the researched database. The inclusion criteria were primary studies, available in full, in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. Results: The sample had eight primary studies, which addressed the association of silver nanoparticles with Hydrogel, nanocomposite films, polysaccharide alginate, hyaluronic acid, ethanol extract of propolis, nanofiber fibrous blankets, fibrin membrane rich in leukocytes and platelets. Conclusion: Dressings with silver nanoparticles have proven to be a strategy to accelerate the healing and regeneration of skin wounds, as it has strong antibacterial activity and inhibits the growth of broad-spectrum microorganisms and biofilm %K Silver Compounds %K Nanostructures %K Bandages %K Occlusive Dressings %K Nursing Care. %U http://seer.fafiman.br/index.php/REPEN/article/view/598/551
