%X Sa£¿etak In the introductory part the principles of western Neo£¿tokavian in accentuation are presented. In the elaboration the gradual unveiling and interpretation of western Neo£¿tokavian are explained. In the conclusion, finally, the results are presented of the introduction and elaboration from which it is clear how the western and eastern Neo£¿tokavian has been revived and that on the basis of the first we have everything in the language and a complete language, and to the second as a system we owe nothing
