The research involves searching digital libraries through publicly available online catalog www.Gateway-Bayern.de that on 23 May 2016 listed 517 Flacius¡¯ works for the period 16th and 17th centuries. The catalog refers to several libraries: M¨¹nchener Digitalisierungszentrum (MDZ) at Bayerische Staatsbibliothek (BSB), Universit£¿ts- und Landesbibliothek (ULB) Sachsen-Anhalt in Halle, Staatsbibliothek zu Berlin (SBB) and Universit£¿tsbibliothek Leipzig. In addition to the above libraries research also involves a search of Google Books and comparison of the final list with Preger¡¯s and Olson¡¯s bibliographies. Data on the title pages and in the colophons confirm that, during the period under study, Flacius¡¯ works were mostly printed in Basel and Oberursel, and the most mentioned printers were Johannes Oporinus and Nicolaus Henricus. The year of publication was present on the title page 59, in the colophon 5, on the title page and in the colophon 8 times. However, the year of publication has not been found for 7 titles, in which case it was recorded according to the bibliographical data in a digital library or in Preger¡¯s bibliography £¿Verzeichni£¿ der gedruckten Schriften des Flacius£¿ (1861). Somewhere inside of the digitized copy there can be found seal stamped. According to the seals stamped it can be established property of various libraries, but also the ownership of a digitized copy. Among the works that have been found, in the largest number the seal of the Bavarian State Library has been stamped. The largest number of works was found in the digital library M¨¹nchener Digitalisierungszentrum (MDZ), 51 of them, in Google Books 46, in Universit£¿ts- und Landesbibliothek (ULB) Sachsen-Anhalt in Halle 19, in Staatsbibliothek zu Berlin (SBB) 3, in Universit£¿tsbibliothek Leipzig one work. A detailed list, which came up as a final research result, in the end of the research has been compared with Preger¡¯s bibliography from 1861. Preger¡¯s bibliography consisting 90 works from observed period confirmed that 79 of them were found in digital libraries. It should be noted that 10 works which are not in Preger¡¯s bibliography have been found: 1.
