%X Sa£¿etak Through the analysis of sale catalogues of the auction house Lempertz from Cologne published during the Third Reich, the author identifies ten paintings later donated to the Strossmayer Gallery of Old Masters by Ante Topi£¿ Mimara. The paper presents new findings connected to the circumstances of their sale and gives an overview of Topi£¿¡¯s collecting activity and acquisitions. Apart from provenance-related issues, the author offers art historical analyses of paintings in question, with special regard to problems of their attribution
