Up to date, there is no specialization that involves clinical toxicology speci£¿ cally, and furthermore, there is no strategy regarding regional toxicology centers. Some international data on stocking of antidotes in hospitals that provide emergency care will be presented in this paper, and some personal experience of building a system of stocking antidotes in emergency department and hospital pharmacies.
