为评价针药结合治疗周围性面瘫的疗效以及近年来相关研究的水平及质量，本文查阅2015年至2020年有关针药结合治疗周围性面瘫的相关文献，从针刺治疗、针刺联合中药、针刺联合西药、针刺联合中成药、针刺联合其他给药方式等五方面对文献进行分类整理并作一综述。结果显示，针刺或电针结合牵正散及其相关衍生方得到了广泛应用，此外，各医家还根据风寒、风热、正虚、邪实等不同辩证提出了新的组方和用针思路。然而，针刺结合激素治疗的疗效目前尚存在争议，需进一步研究。
To evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture combined with medicine in the treatment of peripheral fa-cial paralysis and the quality of relevant studies in recent years, this paper reviewed the pertinent literature from 2015 to 2020, and summarized them in five aspects: acupuncture therapy, acu-puncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine, with Western medicine, with Chinese patent medicine and with other administration methods. The result shows that acupuncture, including electroacupuncture, combined with Qianzhengsan and its derived prescriptions is widely used in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. In addition, some doctors have also developed new ideas of prescription composition and needle-applying based on different differentiations such as wind-cold, wind-heat, deficiency of healthy qi and pathogen excess. However, the efficacy of acupuncture combined with hormone is still controversial and needs further study.
