%X 目的：探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合三仁汤治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎的临床疗效。方法：选取我院收治的90例普通型新型冠状病毒肺炎核酸转阴出院再次集中隔离康复治疗的患者，随机分为对照组和研究组，每组45例。对照组给予西药治疗，研究组给予双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合三仁汤治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效，治疗前后的临床症状得分、血PCT，CRP，D-二聚体水平以及免疫力水平。结果：研究组的总有效率明显高于对照组，转重率明显低于对照组(P < 0.05)。治疗前，两组患者的临床症状得分、血CRP、PCT、D-二聚体以及免疫力比较无显著性差异(P > 0.05)。治疗后，两组患者的临床症状得分、血CRP、PCT、D-二聚体水平明显降低，免疫力水平明显升高，两组间比较均具有显著性差异(P < 0.05)。结论：双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合三仁汤治疗新型冠状肺炎疗效显著，可明显降低血CRP、PCT、D–二聚体水平，提高患者免疫力，值得推广。
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of COVID-19 treated by viable bifidobacterium tablets combined with Sanren decoction. Methods: 90 patients with COVID-19 were randomly divided into control group and study group, 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine, and the study group was treated with viable bifidobacterium tablets combined with Sanren decoction. The clinical efficacy, clinical symptom score, blood PCT, CRP, D-dimer level and immunity level of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than the control group, and the weight transfer rate was significantly lower than the control group (P < 0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in clinical symptom score, blood CRP, PCT, D-dimer and immunity between the two groups (P > 0.05). After treatment, the clinical symptom score, blood CRP, PCT, D-dimer level of the two groups were significantly reduced, and the immunity level was significantly increased (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of viable bifidobacterium tablets combined with Sanren Decoction on new type of coronary pneumonia is significant, which can significantly reduce the level of CRP, PCT and D-dimer in blood, improve the immunity of patients, and is worth popularizing.
