%X 近年来，腰椎间盘突出症(Lumbar Disc Herniation, LDH)呈现发病率高、易复发、发病人群广、患者年轻化的发病趋势。在治疗上，推拿、针灸、中药等中医传统疗法作为保守治疗，也更加被推荐，其中推拿治疗腰突症优势明显，研究表明无论长期或者短期疗程在疗效上都有统计学差异，而且推拿与他法联合治疗腰突症，更是近年来的研究趋势并为人所推崇。作者通过查阅知网、万方、维普等数据库对推拿手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症进行检索，搜集整理从2009年至2019年的中医推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床报道的相关文献，探讨中医推拿在治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的治疗基础以及效果，研究推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效性和机制，希望对腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究提供方向。<br />
In recent years, lumbar disc herniation presents high and recurrent incidence, the patients of which become younger. Conservative treatments, such as tuina, acupuncture, herb, are more recommended. Through Wanfang, Weipu and CNKI, the writer has searched and reviewed the li-terature from 2009 to 2019 on the treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation with tuina manipulation to explore the therapeutic basis and effect of traditional Chinese tuina in Lumbar Disc Herniation and study the efficacy and mechanism of tuina therapy for Lumbar Disc Herniation, hoping to provide direction for clinical research on Lumbar Disc Herniation.
