莲是我国重要的水生经济作物,集观赏、食用、药用等价值于一身。分子标记作为一种新型遗传标记,目前已成功应用到莲分类、遗传多样性分析、种质鉴定、遗传图谱构建和重要性状定位等领域。本文系统介绍了现阶段常用的几种分子标记技术在莲研究中的应用现状,并对其应用前景进行了展望。
Lotus is an important aquatic crop in China, which has high ornamental, edible and medicinal value. As a new type of genetic marker, molecular markers have been successfully applied to lotus classification, genetic diversity analysis, germplasm identification, construction of genetic map, and the mapping of important traits. This article systematically reviewed the application of the molecular markers in lotus research, and further discussed the potential prospects.
