目的:实施并探究解决足底、足部的骨痹(足部骨痹)疼痛的有效治疗方法。方法:采用0.2 mm长度的揿针对来我院就医的11例足部骨痹(足痹)患者进行埋针治疗,一周治疗1次,2周后评价治疗效果。结果:治疗11例,痊愈2例,显效5例,有效4例,无效0例,显愈率64%,总有效率100%。结论:采用揿针不刺入真皮层埋针治疗骨痹(足痹)疼痛的方法效果明显,从而为解决足底、足部骨痹(足痹)疼痛提供了新的治疗方法。
Objective: To implement and explore effective treatments for the pain of the bones of the soles of the feet (foot bones). Methods: A needle of 0.2 mm length was used to treat 11 patients with bone paralysis (foot paralysis) who came to our hospital for treatment. The treatment effect was evalu-ated once a week, and the treatment effect was evaluated after 2 weeks. Results: 11 cases were treated, 2 cases were cured, 5 cases were markedly effective, 4 cases were effective, 0 cases were ineffective, the marked cure rate was 64%, and the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion: The method of treating the pain of bone paralysis by using acupuncture needles without puncturing the dermis is obvious, which provides a new treatment method for the pain of the foot and foot bone paralysis.
