	内隐理念(implicit theories)是个体对于某一特定属性是否可塑持有的内在信念，包括增长型(incremental theory)和固有型(entity theory)两种类型。国内外研究证明，个体持有的内隐理念，影响其目标选择、挫折归因、以及未来成长。个体对于不同属性(如：智力、兴趣、人格、亲密关系)可能持有不同的内隐理念，本文对个体在不同属性上持有的内隐理念进行梳理与总结，并对未来的研究方向进行了思考与展望。<br />
Implicit theories are the intrinsic beliefs of individuals about whether a particular attribute is mal-leable, including incremental theory and entity theory. Studies have shown that implicit theory that individuals hold affects their choice of goals, attribution of frustration, and future growth. Individ-uals may hold different implicit theories for different attributes (such as intelligence, interest, personality and intimate relationship). This article presented a concise summary of implicit theory held by individuals on different attributes, and talked about future study.
