Affected by the new pneumonia epidemic, the national tourism industry has been hit hard, and travel agencies have not been spared under the influence of the epidemic. Under such circums-tances, most travel agencies in Gansu Province are facing problems in terms of funds, social in-surance for personnel salaries, housing, water and electricity. The smaller travel agency has reached a critical moment of life and death. In this context, this article starts with the key problems faced by small and medium-sized travel agencies in Gansu Province due to the epidemic situation, studies the existing problems through questionnaires and targeted interviews, and proposes targeted development strategies for small and medium-sized travel agencies after the epidemic. %K 甘肃省,中小旅行社,新冠肺炎疫情,旅游政策
