本研究以652名合肥高中学生为研究对象,通过问卷《教师区分性教学行为观察量表(学生版)》调查了解合肥市高中教师个别化教学的基本情况,并进一步分析年级、城乡以及学校类型对教师个别化教学的影响。研究结果显示,合肥市高中教师个别化教学水平属于中等;年级与城乡存在交互作用;年级与学校类型存在交互作用。
This study took 652 high school students in Hefei as research objects, investigated the basic situation of individualized teaching of high school teachers in Hefei through the questionnaire observation scale of teacher’s differentiated teaching behavior (student edition), and further analyzed the influence of grade, urban and rural areas and school types on individualized teaching of teachers. The results show that the individualized teaching level of high school teachers in Hefei is medium. There is an interaction between grade and urban areas. There is an interaction between grade and school type.
