%T 我国教师情绪管理研究现状与展望——基于中国知网(1999~2019年)的文献计量与内容分析
The Present Situation and Prospect of Teacher Emotion Management Research in China—Literature Measurement and Content Analysis Based on CNKI (1999-2019)

为了更好地探求我国教师情绪管理的研究现状及发展轨迹,本研究以中国知网(CNKI) (1999~2019年)收录的151篇教师情绪管理文献为数据来源,梳理教师情绪管理研究成果,运用Note Express词频分析软件、文本分析法,从发文量及年代分布、作者情况、论文发表刊物、研究各学段情况分布、研究方法、研究主题等维度进行统计与分析。结果表明:年发文量呈平稳上升趋势,总发文量较少;研究力量集中于综合大学与高师院校,尚未形成核心作者群,且研究水平不高;研究对象侧重于幼儿教师与中小学教师、对高校教师研究甚少;研究主题聚焦于教师情绪管理的理论、现状、关系研究;研究方法以思辨研究为主、量化研究与混合研究较少。因此,后续研究需进一步增强中小学教师的自我研究、拓宽研究视野、丰富研究内容、倡导研究方法多样化,促进教师情绪管理研究的系统化与专业化。
In order to explore the present research situation and development of teacher’s emotion management, this study included 151 teachers’ emotion management literature from the (CNKI) (1999~2019) as the data source. Sorting out the teacher emotion management research results, the study uses Note Express analysis software and Text analysis for multi-dimensional statistics and analysis from the number and time distribution, author situation, the thesis publications, research in each period distribution, research methods and research topics. The results show that, the annual volume of publications is rising steadily, while the total volume of publications is less; The research strength is concentrated in comprehensive university and normal university, the core authors group has not been formed yet, and the research level is not high. The research objects focus on preschool teachers and primary and secondary school teachers, but there is little research on college teachers. The research topic focuses on the theory, current situation and relationship of teachers’ emotional management. The main research methods are speculative research, quantitative research and mixed research. Therefore, the follow-up research needs to further strengthen the self-study of primary and secondary school teachers, broaden their research horizon, enrich the research content, advocate the diversification of research methods, and promote the systematization and specialization of teachers' emotional management research.
