瑞德西韦和法匹拉韦都是在抗病毒方面具有重要作用的化学药物。近来,对这两种药物的相关研究越来越受到广泛的关注。本文主要侧重对其合成方法进行简述,同时对合成方法的关键中间体进行介绍。最后,对瑞德西韦和法匹拉韦的合成方法的改进进行了展望。
Both Remdesivir and Favipiravir are chemically synthesized drugs that play an important role in antiviral. In recent years, the research on these two drugs has received more and more attention. This article focuses on a brief description of its synthesis method and comparison of different synthesis methods and their respective advantages and disadvantages. At the same time, the key intermediates of the synthesis method are introduced. Finally, we look forward to the development of the synthesis method of Remdesivir and Favipiravir.
