%X 由于绿色发展理念的兴起，国家日益重视生态文明建设，风景园林行业的规模也随之壮大，同时也意味着对该行业人才有了新的要求。通过分析园林行业岗位需求特点，提取风景园林行业的岗位胜任力素质要求，为园林企业选拔人才，培养人才与晋升人才提供借鉴。<br />
Due to the rise of green development and the construction of ecological civilization, the landscape industry has also grown, which means new requirements for talents in landscape industry. By analyzing the characteristics of job requirements in the landscape architecture industry, and ex-tracting the requirements for post competence in it, this paper provides a reference for the selec-tion of talents, cultivation and promotion of landscape enterprises.
