The Conflict and Adjustment of the Professional Role of Leading Cadres at the Basic Level %A 宋小蓉 %J Modern Management %P 709-713 %@ 2160-732X %D 2020 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/MM.2020.104085 %X 随着社会发展,基层领导干部扮演着愈加重要的角色,但存在一定的冲突。目前基层领导干部的职业角色冲突主要表现为职业角色的“公共性”与“利己性”冲突、职业角色的权力与能力冲突、以及职业角色的权力与义务冲突。为了提升基层领导干部的工作效率,通过对职业角色冲突产生的原因进行分析,提出完善相关机制,增加专业能力培养以及调整部门分工等对策,来调适基层领导干部的职业角色冲突。
With the continuous development of society, grassroots leading cadres play an important role in the development of grassroots organizations. However, in grassroots organizations, there is a certain conflict in the professional roles of leading cadres. This article combs through the relevant literature and concludes that the current professional role conflicts among the grassroots leading cadres in China that are mainly manifested in the conflicts between the “publicity” and “self-interest” of the professional roles, the conflicts between the powers and abilities of the professional roles and conflicts between the powers and the obligation. In order to improve the work efficiency of the leading cadres at the grassroots level, by analyzing the causes of occupational conflicts, it proposes to improve the relevant mechanisms, increase professional ability training and adjust the division of labor to adjust the relevant countermeasures for occupational role conflicts. %K 基层领导干部,职业角色,角色冲突
