%X 磁性无损检测新技术在判断与识别铁磁材料疲劳损伤领域具有广阔的应用前景,对铁磁材料性能无损评价和寿命评估具有重要的实践意义。本文介绍了磁性无损检测的分类和基本原理,针对磁粉探伤、漏磁检测、磁记忆检测和微磁检测提出了目前亟待解决的关键技术问题以及未来发展的方向,为进一步提高磁性无损检测质量具有重要意义。
Magnetic nondestructive testing technology has a broad application prospect in the field of judging and identifying fatigue damage of ferromagnetic materials. It is of great significance of the nondestructive evaluation of ferromagnetic material properties and life evaluation. Fundamentals and latest developments of magnetic nondestructive testing are introduced. Problems demanding prompt solution for magnetic powder inspection, magnetic flux leakage testing, magnetic memory testing and micro magnetic testing are discussed.
