	目的：探讨Ezrin与Ki-67在软组织肉瘤中的表达与术后复发的关系。方法：收集2016年7月至2019年4月在青岛大学附属医院接受手术治疗的116例软组织肉瘤患者的临床资料，随访时间至少2年，术后分为复发组(n = 35)和未复发组(n = 81)，分别检测Ezrin及Ki-67蛋白的表达，分析Ezrin阳性与Ki-67阳性与软组织肉瘤术后复发的关系。结果：其中复发组中Ezrin、Ki-67蛋白的阳性表达率分别(85.71%, 74.29%)高于未复发组中Ezrin、Ki-67蛋白的阳性表达率(45.68%, 35.80%)，差异有统计学意义(P &lt; 0.05)。结论：复发组中Ezrin、Ki-67蛋白的阳性表达率分别高于未复发组中Ezrin、Ki-67蛋白的阳性表达率，说明软组织肉瘤术后复发与Ezrin及Ki-67的阳性表达有着密切联系。<br />
Objective: To investigate the relationship between Ezrin and KI-67 expression in soft tissue sarcoma and postoperative recurrence. Methods: Collected data in July 2016 to April 2019 in Qingdao university hospital in patients undergoing surgical treatment of 116 cases of soft tissue sarcoma of the clinical data, at least 2 years of follow-up, postoperative recurrence was divided into groups (n = 35) and group (n = 81), and without recurrence Ezrin and Ki-67 was detected in protein expression, analysis of Ezrin positive and Ki-67 positive relationship with the recurrence of soft tissue sarcomas. Results: The positive expression rates of Ezrin and KI-67 in the recurrent group (85.71%, 74.29%) were higher than that of the non-recurrent group (45.68%, 35.80%), and the difference was statistically significant (P &lt; 0.05). Conclusion: The positive expression rates of Ezrin and KI-67 in the recurrent group were higher than that of the non-recurrent group, indicating that the positive expression of Ezrin and KI-67 was closely related to the postoperative recurrence of soft tissue sarcoma.
