%X 本文阐述了转炉副枪使用过程中影响转炉测温、测样、定碳、取样的主要因素，并逐一提出了对策，通过一系列措施改进，副枪使用成功率在现场稳步提高。<br />
This paper describes the main influence factors of converter temperature measurement, sample measurement, carbon determination and sampling with sublance and puts forward countermeasures one by one. Through a series of improvements, the success rate of sublance is steadily increased on site.
