	妊娠滋养细胞疾病是一组来源于胎盘滋养细胞的疾病，表现为胎盘滋养细胞的异常增生。其发生是多因素参与的过程，目前对其发病机制尚不明确。其血液中的预测指标对其有重要指导意义，故该文将对血清学和炎性指标与妊娠滋养细胞疾病的关系及其可能的作用机制予以综述，以便为该疾病的发生发展提供理论依据。<br />
Gestational trophoblast disease is a group of diseases derived from placental trophoblast cells, which is characterized by abnormal proliferation of placental trophoblast cells. Its occurrence is a process involving multiple factors and its pathogenesis is not clear at present. Therefore, the relationship between serological and inflammatory markers and gestational trophoblast disease and its possible mechanism of action will be reviewed in this paper, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the occurrence and development of this disease.
