Here, we report the presentation of a young adult who was referred for workup of cervical radiculopathy and was planned to undergo an anterior cervical discectomy and fusion. A dynamic cerebral angiogram was performed and confirmed the diagnosis of arteriogenic TOS. The etiology, presentation, and diagnostic workup of TOS are briefly discussed with emphasis placed on maintaining a healthy suspicion in order to differentiate from cervical radiculopathy, make an accurate diagnosis, and avoid inappropriate surgery %K TOS %K cervical radiculopathy %K arteriography %K subclavian %U https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/full/10.1177/1538574418794081
