%X The analysis of the antecedents or determinant factors of environmental management is an important research topic. In this article, we examine the influence of organizational design and quality management. Our main purpose is to analyze the impact of organizational design on environmental management and the mediating role that organizational design may play in the relationship between quality management and environmental management in the hotel industry. The results indicate that organizational design positively influences environmental management and partially mediates the relationship between quality management and environmental management
