These coatings were applied on aircraft-grade aluminum samples. The results showed that the addition of nano-PTFE particles decreases coating rate from 7.1ˋ米m/h to 6.1ˋ米m/h and hardness from 510 HV to 200 HV. Also by increasing the pH value, coating rate increases from 1ˋ米m/h to 7ˋ米m/h. Increasing the solution temperature from 75ˋ⊥ to 90ˋ⊥ also increases the hardness of coating from 125 HV to 210 HV. The results showed that the heat treatment at 300ˋ⊥ for 4ˋh increases the hardness up to 375 HV due to formation of Ni3P hard phase in Ni每P每PTFE coating. Addition of PTFE particles have improved tribological properties due to its lubricating effects and simultaneously, have reduced corrosion resistance compared to Ni每P coatings, so that the corrosion current for Al, Ni每P, and Ni每P每PTFE coatings is ˋ880, ˋ550, and ˋ770ˋ米A/cm2, respectively %K Nano-PTFE %K wear resistance %K hardness %K corrosion resistance %K Ni每P coat %K heat treatment %U https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/full/10.1177/0954408917744159
