%X It is important to include splenic implants in the differential diagnosis of patients with a history of splenic trauma. Autotransplanted splenic implants may have a sonographic appearance similar to that of pathologies such as lymphadenopathy or carcinomatosis. This is the first known case to discuss a pregnant patient with a history of autologous autotransplanted splenic tissue, which was discovered on sonography and confirmed during the patient¡¯s cesearean section
