She was diagnosed with a right ovarian teratoma by sonogram and magnetic resonance imaging. At the age of 20ˋyears, she underwent an operation to create the neovagina with amnion. No abnormal finding was detected apart from this. Tumor markers were within the normal limit. Enucleation of right ovarian teratoma was performed intact and excision of pelvic endometriosis was done laparoscopically. The pathological report revealed that there was endometriosis at the cul de sac and mature cystic teratoma at the right ovary.
